Kirsten Chapman

Kirsten is a bubbly, relatable and enthusiastic mentor with a mission to transform hotel staff, business employee's and educational staff's mental health and decrease any anxiety, stress, overwhelm and depression. Kirsten is a ray of sunshine and spreads positivity wherever she goes. However, Kirsten, like every single person on this planet, has been through her own struggles and deal of cards to deal with which is why she has a great level of compassion and genuine understanding for any individuals who are currently not coping no matter what the reason. Through this she has built coping skills and resilience to help anybody who is struggling now and perhaps not speaking up about it but craving the tools to cope! She intends to help people feel happier and lighter as they let go of heavy emotions weighing them down on a daily basis, as well as cope with everyday life stress to be able to become the best version of themselves and to become responsible and capable of regulating their own emotions, building resilience and increasing confidence, self-esteem and ability to be productive. The coping skills Kirsten teaches have the ability to change an individuals life for the better and whoever they chose to spread and share her courses with! "Life is meant to be lived. I want people to be genuinely happy and experience true relief from anxiety or depression they may currently feel... Sometimes we need the right person to just point us in the right direction and show us the way, even though we will go the path alone. Lots of things in life are temporary, but my coping skills and strength have remained consistent."
